Weekly Favorites – part 2

Welcome back to my weekly favorites update!

I just returned from 7 days in the lovely city of Chicago – 3 days of work and then my husband joined me to go to a weekend-long music festival. I was so excited to finally be home to hug my dogs and unpack my suitcase.

So this week is kind of short and sweet – travel kind of took a toll on me. Its hard to pack for a work and pleasure trip… especially when much of my stuff was in a carry on! There are 3 things that really made my week:

Left to right: Supergoop! Sun-Defying Sunscreen Oil, MAC Prep+Prime Highlighter, Lush – WHOOSH Shower Jelly

 – Supergoop! Sun-Defying Sunscreen Oil SPF 50+ – this is an amazing, lightweight spray oil. Just a few spritzes goes a long way – it glides over the skin and dries very quickly. There is no oily finish and layers well when reapplying. This is the 1 oz travel-size, but the full-size is 5 oz and runs about $26 at Sephora.

– MAC Prep+Prime Highlighter in Radiant Rose (affiliate link) –  this was originally reviewed here. It handled my toughest dark circles so well this week. What a life saver! You can find this at Nordstrom and all MAC free-standing stores for $26.

– Lush – WHOOSH Shower Jelly – it looks like blue Jell-O and smells like heaven! It is this fantastic citrus blend that really helps wake you up in the morning. You can break off small chunks or use the entire blob to soap up. It comes in 2 sizes – a travel(ish) 3.5 oz for $6.95 and 8.4 oz for $11.95.
